DescriptionDonkey face on human body with tail holding a book in his left hand and quill in his right yelling at a man sitting in a chair smoking a cigar. Man in chair has hair resembling a lion’s mane and is ignoring the donkey gazing up at the sky. A few people in background and a house with an American flag. Captioned "INTELLIGENT INTERVIEWER (J. G. B., Jun.). 'Do you insist upon running for a Third Term? Do you insist upon being a Caesar? Answer quick, or-or-or-I'll Bray!'" typeset beneath title in black ink.
