DescriptionMan with a donkey head stands center left holding a bat that reads "Laws Against Banks." On the right side of the composition a chained dog stands on a matt reading "Beware". The box he is chained to reads "100¢$ Bank. / The National Union / Bank. / Of the People, / For the People, and / By the People. / U.S. / Credit." Captioned "POLITICAL FINANCIER.
