DescriptionLarge robed man with wreathe on head sitting on throne in booth overlook arena. Throne has "VE" above man's head. One of man's leg rests on stool, the other on an animal rug. Table with food on it next to throne. In the arena a figure wearing cross around neck is tied to a chair and has head covered. Man to right of figure has large piece of paper raised above his head reading "Gladstone's / pamphlet". Man to left of figure is holding a sword that reads "Germany".
