DescriptionA man falling over has a donkey head. A piece of paper around the donkey's neck reads "Revolutionary Resolutions. / To Run This Nation's Credit." Captioned "His frantic delight at being recognized by the Speaker and the inflated Democratic House." typeset beneath title in black ink. Illustration occupies the top left of the sheet, spanning half the width and a third of the height. The sheet is divided into four columns of advertisements.
