DescriptionAnimals with spears as faces or on horn charge towards right side of photo. In background building labeled "U.S / wild / bayonet / menace / zoological arsenal." Sights papers throughout illustration have various political headlines. Illustration in square in upper left corner shows a man with a lion head standing on platform labelled "White House". In front of stand is a group of snakes, one snake body reads "Rumor", another "Scandal press.", and another "Copper head press." A knife going into group of snakes has a blade reading "The president's / message" and a handle reading "Truth." In box above illustration reads "'Still another outrage.'", in box below illustration reads "More gnawing to be done." Illustration in square in upper right corner shows a man force feeding a man with donkey head round object reading "The / president's / message / truth. / Fact" Above man sign reads "White House". Two other donkeys in illustration have round objects reading "The truth / facts" in mouths. Quote in square in lower right corner reads "Pres.
