DescriptionMan standing center holding up hat with two feathers attached. Feather on left reads "1775", feather on right reads "1875". Behind him to the right is a memorial statue with man standing in front of it looking up. Behind him to the left is a horse tied to a pole. Domed building and tall obelisk.
