DescriptionMen on ground in a pile with tiger jumping over them chasing another animal in distance. One of the men holds the tail of the tiger, which has been separated from its body. Furniture toppled over in background with two men jumping or falling. Sign beneath tiger reads "Policy / of / silence / by the / Democratic / Party."
