Viet Cong The Burning Issue: American F100 jet drops two canisters of napalm toward a Viet Cong machine gun position on the bank of the Rach Beng river, 70 miles northwest of Saigon, as a soldier of the 1st Battalion, 2nd Infantry, who had been landed by helicopter wades through the tall grass in foreground.
