DescriptionElephant with bandages around trunk, on head, and on side, wearing a sling and sitting with a cane in front of him. His cut off tail is on the ground to its right. A grave to its left reads "Here / lies / the / Democratic / tiger. / Greatly mourned / by the bereaved / filibusters."
