John Edmonds

American, born 1989
BiographyJohn Edmonds is an artist working in photography who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. He received his MFA in Photography from Yale University School of Art and his BFA in Photography at the Corcoran School of Arts and Design. He has held residencies at Light Work, the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture, and Fabrica: The United Colors of Benneton’s Research Center. Recent exhibitions include tete-a-tete at David Castillo Gallery, Miami, FL, Do You See Me? at the Diggs Gallery at Winston-Salem University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and James Baldwin/Jim Brown & The Children at The Artist’s Institute, New York, NY. His work is in both private and public collections, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, FOAM Museum Amsterdam Library, and the George Eastman Museum.
