Only her face protrudes. She was identified as Janet Heywood, 20, of Chicago. Many other demonstrators were arrested as pickets continued to protest that the mobile units serve to maintain 'de facto' segregation. Demonstrators claim that Negro students in overcrowded schools should be sent to white schools, Chicago.
