DescriptionElephant with a box and blanket on its back reading "The Public Schools / The / ABC / of our / Republic / The / Republican Vote / Solid / for the / Republic". The box contians several people (children?) waving and holding an American flag. Uncle Sam rides atop the elephant's head. The elephant is walking forwand, stepping on two tigers with the heads of men, obviously portraits, while a third man in a suit stands int he background facing away.
