DescriptionMan with hobby horse between his legs holding whip under one arm reading "Democratic Whip". He also holds a hat with this hand, and a fox tail with other. Toy dogs on ground in front of man's feet. Signs on wall in background. Captioned "The end of the Saratoga fox-hunt--a tale of reform." typeset beneath title in black ink.
