DescriptionMan in prisoner outfit with paper in his pocket reading "Pardon / Gov. Moses / South Carolina." is slightly crouched and looking up at man wearing a suit and top hat. Large rock behind the taller man, and shattered stone on ground with appears to have the 10 commandments written on it. Captioned "We've pretty well smashed that; but I suppose, Massa MOSES, you can get another one." typeset beneath title in black ink.
