A district so governed is Ouarzazate in the South of French Morocco. / In front of the fortified post, which also houses the Ministry for Native Affairs, the "proconsul-administrator" of the district, Captain Fournier, is seen talking to natives. The premises which used to house famous thoroughbreds of the racetracks are now occupied soldiers who try to make themselves at home as much possible. / The soldiers have to keep their boxes in ship-shape order.
